Enable NANPA for installations in North America and disable NANPA for all other

locations.

When NANPA is disabled (unchecked) access the outside lines using the steps

described in the Exceptions section, above.

14.3 Defining Service Groups

To add a new service group:

1. Navigate to Phone System > Dial Plan. Go to the Service Groups section.

2. Click the add new Service Group link. The New Service Group page

displays. Alternately, click copy of a service group to create a copy, and then

click the Modify link.
